For ages, the raising questions model of teacher-student is often adopted in class. But the students' raising questions is always neglected. In fact, the students' raising questions has important significance. The research makes the hypothesis that the ability of students' raising questions can be cultivated through the proper teaching means and methods, and with improving the ability, the students' achievement is also improved accordingly.For validating the hypothesis, the research first investigated the current situation of students' raising questions through questionnaires, and then investigated and analyzed the relevant elements in terms of the factors that affect students' raising questions. The result manifeststhat the students generally don't like raising questions and aren't good at it, the ability of students' raising questions is positive correlation to the achievement, self-esteem, internal motivation and internal cause. Then through the teaching and experimental methods, the research analyzes and evaluate the experiment in terms of the number of the students who raise the questions, the number and level of the questions and the achievement. In the end, the hypothesis is validated.
