The real purpose of education is to encourage people to continuously raise questions and think about them. It is an important sign of measuring one's scientific literacy whether he has the awareness and ability of raising questions. New Curriculum Standard of Physics for high school students clearly focuses on improving the scientific literacy of all the students and considers it the first element of scientific inquiry for the students to be able to raise questions. So it has become a very important issue for educators in our country to be solved immediately how they cultivate the awareness and ability to raise questions in classroom teaching.In order to solve this problem, a more comprehensive and in-depth research is made in this thesis, including research on the teachers'awareness of enlightening the students to raise questions and the methods used by current high school teachers; research on the status quo and its analysis of the students'awareness and ability of raising questions. The objective and subjective reasons for the weak awareness and poor ability of students'raising problems have been found in this thesis; teaching advice and teaching strategies have been put forward according to the main factors, which will effectively awaken the students'awareness, cultivate and improve their ability to raise questions and promote their creativity and critical thinking, personality development and self-construction of knowledge.The results of this study show that the teachers'change of education concepts and their effective enlightenment in class can effectively awaken students'awareness of raising questions, which prepares the students something to say. And then a "problem-oriented" classroom teaching as a guide is adopted to design the class step by step, which will gradually increase the students'ability of raising questions and thus the students have something to say and can express themselves well. The student's awareness and ability of raising problems in physics have been enhanced so that it not only promotes the student's interest in physics studying and learning effects, but also has a positive impact on the learning of other subjects.
