Social skills are the important component of teacher' s technical ability. Acquired by way of learning, social skills are manners of activities in which an individual can interact with other people efficiently and properly in given social situations. As a sort of skill, it is a set of behavior manners acquired from environment by an individual in the course of his growing to maturity, instead of being a universal personality trait. Social skills can , to a large extent, determine an individual' s social relationship with other people . Education is a process of interaction .perpetrate with others will bring success to teachers. As an most important part that can' t be last, social skills make great affections on teacher' s career psychology.Reflection is a process that teachers regard practicing in one' s own education teaching as the course that the target criticizes to review. As adult learner, one of the teacher' s remarkable characteristics is their idea and behavior mused practiced critically. This is enough to brief on adult social skills training to intervene the difference with children' s social skills. Regard the teacher as the adult, mean that is unable to belittle their value had of experience and deprive them of introspection appraisal and right practiced. Reflection is a habit that must practice, it have unique and extremely important value and meaning for adult learner. For this reason, we attempt to offer the pointed suggestion having an object in view for the thing that the social skills of the teacher (adult learner) are intervened through reflection training.The research uses natural experimental means, adopting 2 X4 bi-factor random experiment design. Factor A is training made, comprising two levels:A1, group reflection training activities, i.e. experiment group ;A2, control group. Factor Bis the length of teaching, comprising four levels:B1, 1-5 years length of teaching;B2, 6-10 years length of teaching; B3, 11-15 years length of teaching; B4, more than 16 years length of teaching. The study shows:1.The group reflection training is effective in improving the emotion sensitivity and emotion control competence. Reflection training focus on the generally melting and moves, it can improve social skills on the cognitive level, provide an effective way for training to adult's social skills in the emotion links degree. There are important meanings to this special job of teachers.2. The group reflection training has a trend of reducing social skills difference brought by teacher's careers years, and the 5 career years group may be the key period for teacher' s social skills. The group reflection training suggestion an effective way to training new hands in teacher' s types.3. The teacher' s social skills is remarkable correlated with teacher' s class behaviors , class behaviors levels can used as an result marking of social skills.
