Nowadays .education in After-hours University is an important part in adult higher education. More younger adult people, who have not passed full-time university examination, decided to enter in After-hours University for obtaining knowledge. This thesis takes younger adult in After-hours University as study object, takes correlative learning motivation theories as base and makes an actuality investigation as foundation, provides several measures for inspiring and coaching their learning motivation from two aspects . This study is divided to the following four chapters :Chapter1: Introduction . To introduce the study object , background , meaning , content , and to comb documents , then to define some important concepts , to show some study measures and process .Chapter2: Correlative theories study about adult learning motivation . Firstly , to describe basic theory about motivation concepts and adult development phase, on this base , to summarize psychology and socialization characteristics of younger adult people , in addition , emphasize theory achievement about learning motivation for callan and adult , and open out that , infection factors of learning motivation have an important meaning upon forming motivation and inspiring enthusiasm , all of this has provided the theory basic for this thesis .Chapter3: Investigation and analysis about learning motivation for adult learner in After-hours University .Depend on statistic .analysis and summarization of questionnaire investigation results there is an opening that the learners have following types motivation : obtain diploma and degree , improve themselves ability , improve work quality and satisfy other's demands . Among them , the motivation of obtaining degree is on top , it is an utilitarian motivation , it accord with their learning goal establishment level .Chapter4: Inspiring and coaching learning motivation of adult students in After-hours University .According to investigation results ,we issued measures about inspiring and coaching motivation . From society and organization aspect we think that the wrong view about adult education and degree must be corrected , scientific view about talents and learning organization must be established .From university aspect we suppose that teacher must do correlative thinking instruction for adult , improve their psychology state and optimize management mechanism .
