A Study Of Humanistic Environment Of Web-based History Teaching

The emergence of the Internet and its wide application in the field of education has influenced the traditional educational system and theories in various aspects. Web-based teaching is a field that promises a bright future in the Internet. The humanistic environment is the basis of the Web-based Teaching and its construction is of great significance. To explore the general principles concerning the combination of modern information technology & the teaching of history and to provide reference for further research and experiments, the author made a study of the humanistic environment of the web-based history teaching in terms of the establishment & implementation of the humanistic teaching ideas and other four aspects. Another main purpose of the study is to bring people to a deeper comprehension of the humanistic environment in the teaching of history and to stimulate more teachers of history to join in the web-based teaching. We are sure such a research will promote a more efficient teaching practice in the web-based history teaching.
