The Present Situation And Development Tactics On The Education Of Information Technology In Junior Schools In LinXia District

Information technology has brought a significant change in our society and our learning needs. To meet this change, the Government is planning to develop the education of information technology in 5-10 years from 2001.LinXia district is a minority nationality district. Being enslaved to economy, it's difficulty to develop the education of information technology in Linxia. Information technology includes audio-visual technology, conformity technology and computer technology. There are many ways and models to develop the education of information technology. In those ways, the poverty districts have to find own way. Be'ing enslaved to limited recourses, the poverty district can develop education of information technology via improved notions and training teachers. In this research after analyzing the present situation of the education of information technology in LinXia,I proposed the key design ideas to develop the education of information technology in multi-models and multi-ways. I proposed the development tactics on the education of information technology in LinXia. Finally, based on the study of education of information technology in LinXia, I proposed ideas for developing the education of information technology in the poverty district.
