In the era of rapid development of information science,information technology brings the convenience of knowledge and dissemination.In the educational field,education informationization will incorporate the requirements of citizens' "information literacy" in the information age,and cultivate citizens adapt to the information age.Information technology is applied to education.Pay attention to the development and utilization of information resources in the field of education.In2017,the new curriculum label proposed the principle of cultivating the core literacy of student disciplines.Reform new college entrance examination reform in 2019.In the autumn semester of the 2019,new courses and new textbooks were implemented.New changes in these biological education are prompted our educator to explore new disciplines.There are two problems that currently need to solve.First,after the core literacy of the new curriculum discipline,the teaching resource under the guidance of the past,the content of the teaching resource needs to be updated.Second,it is necessary to design and develop in accordance with the needs of teachers and students,more informative teaching resources such as current inquiry learning,constructive learning,and other teaching topics.This study explored these issues.By theoretical research and practice research,this paper is designed and developed under the design and development of new textbooks under the core literacy objectives.The article reviewed the development process of education informatization through literature research and the development and utilization process of information teaching resource;defining the concept of information teaching resources and the type of information teaching.The article analyzed the selective compulsory 2 "Biological and Environment" textbook content organizational characteristics and core literacy targets,the application goals of information technology teaching resource,identified the development direction of information teaching resources.The article has established the principle of goal guides,the principles of the task leading principles,the principle of thinking divergence,information and aggregation principles.In accordance with resource-based learning,system scientific theory,cognitive load theory articles for information technology teaching resource development process design.The article was designed for "Biological and Environment" section,forming a situation of three kinds of information teaching resource development and application cases of context,micro-frequency data type,and teachers and students.The article teaching practices in the micro video resource type.The records of the questionnaire,the interview method,and the classroom observation method were found to improve the interested and understanding of students in teaching design.In the utilization of information technology teaching,you need to focus on resources,selective,reasonable design,and time control.Studies have found that informational teaching resources have advantages in context of construction,data extension,inspiration,process records.The development of information teaching resources should pay attention to the logical relationship with the content of the textbook,pay attention to secondary development of the content of the textbook.Information resources such as news and documentaries should be mining.The rational application of information teaching resources can promote effective learning,and the core literacy teaching target is achieved.
