In the early days of 1990's, Basketball clubs and basketball schools aiming at cultivating youngsters gradually emerge, thus youngster basketball training enters into rudiments. More and more youngsters utilize their spare time, even draw out particular hours, to receive basketball training, so there exists a great commercial chance in the training market. The development of coaches has also caused much concern in sports circle. In this article, many scientific research methods such as literature method, questionnaire method, analytic method and statistics are used in the present situation investigation of younger basketball training, coaches and referees training. The aim is to seek out the existing problems and put forward solving schemes. This research gives a retrospective review of the former phase and provides a theoretic basis for the oncoming basketball training.
