Exploration Of The Practice Teaching System In College Education

Education plays an imporlunl in enhancing our overall national power and improving the quality of our people .The key to improve the quality of education is to build a high quality team of teachers, so the normal universities in our country, bearing the duty of cultivating teachers, should do more contribution in this aspect. However, we find that there do exist some problems in the field of teachers' cultivation. These problems mainly show the trend of teachers' colleges ignoring the cultivation of the ability of education practice. Starting from this view, this paper, consulted (he experience of the teachers' education abroad and based on the teacher's education status quo in our country, tries lo set up a new educational practice system -"the complete-process system of the educational practice with continuity and gradually" and the paper also proposes a new idea of "Eight Realms, Twelve Phases".
