| The rural-urban migrants' family refers to the family that once lived in countryside and has migrated to urban for a period of time. This study takes the urban district of Fuzhou as the instance. Based on the "living system" model and the sampling investigation, this study tries to find out the consumption behavior of the rural-urban migrants' family. This study tries to describe its present situation and search its effective elements.The investigation shows that, there are three distinguishing features in the consumption behavior of rural-urban migrants' family. Firstly, the payment of its "consumption standards" is quite no equilibrium. Secondly, its consumption socialization degree is not so high. Thirdly, there are basic different between its "consumption levels".The theory and correlation analysis proves that, there are quite some factors that affect the consumption behavior of rural-urban migrants' family. Those factors include revenue (both current revenue and enduring revenue), profession station of the main members of family, consulting and following groups, family existence cycle, social safeguards, and the support net of family, etc. Every factor shows its independent effect. Yet respective effect size and effect limit possess the great difference.The investigation also shows that, the consumption behavior of rural-urban migrants' family affects its urbanization to great extent. Based on it,this study proposes that, through the consumption behavior angle, there are some methods can accelerate the urbanization level of rural-urban migrants' family. Those methods include system reformed, guiding city dwellers correctly approach the rural-urban migrants' family, hewing out the rural-urban migrant community service market, andso on.Up to now,the study referred to the rural-urban migrants' family is still seldom,And the special study that aimed at its consumption behavior is hardly seen. This study will benefit to the urbanization study of the rural-urban migrants' family.
