The economic structure conversion happened in China enabled it possible that the population who mainly strive for gaining economic benefit could make move, among whom the people moving from county to city is the largest group. After the rural people came to city, they have been influenced by urban-culture and rural-culture together. The modern urban-culture and traditional rural-culture impacted each other severely among the special group-floating population. On the other hand, the rural-urban segregation caused by social system and the rural- social deviation of floating population made the migrants living out of the rural-urban social controlling system. In fact, they have been living in the cultural gap. Under such circumstances, some of whom changed their normal behavior to deviation ways. Their behaviors were in such a state, as have been denied by rural-urban socioculture. The individual deviating behaviors became the behaving model to other migrants in certain groups, influencing deviating behaviors in the groups and led to the formation of temporary migrants socioculture in certain group. This process reflects the deviating behaviors make impact to culture deviation. Meanwhile, the culture deviation combined with individual characters and other related factors also direct the deviating behaviors of temporary migrants. It's the process of cultural influence.This dissertation includes five parts. The first part devotes to introduce signification of the study and promote the theory structure based on cultural perspectives to study urban temporary migrants and high-risk behavior. The second one is the core of research, which makes focus on the explanation of three different respects to construct inter-dynamic theory between culture and behavior, then apply the theory to illustrate temporary migrants high-risk behavior. In the third part, author makes a case study of inter-dynamic relation between temporary migrants sub-culture and their high-risk behavior. The fourth part is devoted to spatial analysis between temporary migrants sub-culture and their high-risk behavior. The feather of the part is the exertation of ARCVIEW3.2 software of GIS. The fifth part is the purpose of study, to find methods and solve the serious problems.
