Research On The Daily Consumption And Identification Of Rural-urban Migrants

In recent years,with the changes in the concept of governance in the international society and the new ideas of innovative social governance put forward by President Xi.The Rural-Urban migrants has received more and more attention in the social integration and social identification of the cities in the process of new urbanization in our country.In particular,after the promulgation of the National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)in 2014,it has become a general trend to promote the urbanization of the migration rationally.Both the central government and the local governments have issued policies to promote the better integration of rural-urban migrants into towns.In this article,we start with the logic of consumption of rural migration and discusses the impact of rural residents' daily consumption on their urban identity,grasps the features and causes of rural identity and social integration from the consumption structure,understands the living conditions and practical needs of rural immigrants.And finally,to provide a feasible path for the promotion of population urbanization and citizenization.In this paper,we use the multi-nominal logistic model to analyze the relationship between the daily consumption and identity of the Rural-Urban migrants through the Social Integration and Mental Health Special Survey Data,the thematic data in the national dynamic monitoring survey data of floating population from 2013 to 2014.The results of the analysis are as follows: Firstly the daily consumption of Rural-Urban migrants will affect their identities.Secondly there is a structural difference in the influence of daily consumption on their identities.Thirdly the daily consumption of rural immigration has already influenced the process and status of integrating itself in the inflow town in a subtle way.The specific influence of daily consumption on their identities is as follows: Firstly,the increase in food consumption of Rural-Urban migrants will increase the possibility of identifying themselves as locals or new locals.Secondly,the increase in housing immigration consumption of Rural-Urban migrants will make them more inclined to identify themselves as old family members Thirdly,the increase in the development consumption of Rural-Urban migrants will make them even less likely to agree with that they are old families,but prefer to identify themselves as locals,new locals and people who do not know where they belong to.
