| Facing the expanding scale of high education enrollment, the technical level of computer-based education management need to be raised urgently, and addition to those stand-alone MIS of some function involving network is urgency too. Based on current conditions, this study works over some related criterions and specifications such as SIF and EMIF, consults the ideas in them, and then searchs after a smoothly transitional upgrade scheme based on schoolyard network that is simple and high compatible. Meanwhile an demo model that simply implements the scheme partly is developed to explore its feasibility. Wish this scheme could fill current urgent need while accommodate future growing requirement.This paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background of this research, including the rise of the problems and probing for the ways to solve it, etc. The second chapter presents the solution of the study through the brief introduction of the main techniques, standards and specifications used. Chapter three illuminates the developing of the demo model, module working of it and some main code implements. Last chapter sum up the study, makeup some explain and bring forward a few thoughts about the future improvement to the solution.
