The Study Of Curriculum Model In Higher Vocational Education

This thesis works on rapidly developing Chinese higher vocational education in respect of the curriculum model. The disquisition contains some superficial tasks such as showing extensive data, doing historical review and international comparison, displaying conception system about curriculum of higher vocational education; more important, it should have discussions. Therefore, the author must analyze questions as well as estimate theoretics. After generalizing directions and principles, decomposing structure of curriculum model, selecting evaluation criteria, the final conclusion will be available. The purpose of this thesis is not to set up a new model other than existing models (the amount of curriculum models is enough), but to choose a better way of the object, though abstracting some characters, we know the changes in future more or less. These characters are conformity of curriculum in value, structure and content; modularization under the idea of comprehensive employable competence; personality cultivation in school. Colleges may adopt such strategies as steady reform, rational arrangement, especially the credit system. The author believes that the development of curriculum model is mainly a natural course and in present there is not a "versatile" model which can fit all situations without any change. Later disquisitions of curriculum model in higher vocational education should pay more attention to exterior conditions that may help the changes. There are some suggestions in the end: department in charge should have counter policies; experts should have more researches; the whole society especially enterprises should have their passions.
