Moral education institutions of school is an important resource of moral education,they effect moral education of schools silently. On the basis of systematic review of the moral education institutions of school in the past 20 years ,this thesis use the theory of politics and ethics to analyze the actual moral education institutions of school. The research is in order to recognize the specialty of the moral education institutions of China in the porcess of which being made and carried out,to recognize the ethic feature of the moral edution institutions of China.All this will be the basis of the further research on how to imporve moral education quality. The thesis includes four parts:The first part defines some key conceptions such as institution,moral education institution and the moral education institutions of school at first. Then classifies the moral education institutions of school and discusses the relation between moral education and the moral education institutions of school. The article suports the hypothesis that the moral education institutions of school is an important resource of moral education,which is necessary condition to impove the moral education quality. The documents about moral education is the carrier of moral education institution,thus the research adopts the text-analysing method.The second part reviews the moral education institutions of school since 1978. The development of the moral education institutions passed though four phases.The article discusses the evolvement of moral education thoughts involved in the moral education institutions of school from the point of the status of moral education,the extension of moral education and the aim of moral education.In the third part ,the author use the theory of politics to analyze the specialty of the moral education institutions of school in China in the porcess of which being made and carried out. The model of making the moral education institutions ofChina mainly adopts the elite-model and the gradual-model.The two model are conservative. On carrying out the moral education institutions,the phenomenon that the aim of the institution didnot come true is called moral education institution failure. The article explores the reasons for moral education institution failure by discussing the institution, the executants and environment.In the fourth part,the article discusses the ideal institution ethic and the actual institution ethic of the moral education institutions of China.Although the moral education institutions of China have made progress in ethic,there are some ethic limitation such as insufficient in development Jack of democracy and short of the necessary freedom etc.
