Along with the increasingly perfection of socialistic market-oriented economy system, China's higher education gained a rapid development, the reform of higher education system is developing in depth and undergraduates' ideology is becoming more and more complex. So, the traditional undergraduate managerial concept and system can no longer meet the need of changed conditions, and it must be innovated with new ideas.In order to innovate the undergraduate managerial work, we must analyze the actuality, get a clear understanding of the advantage and the challenge it be faced with. The innovation of undergraduate managerial work is first the managerial concept's, then the managerial system's, and lastly the managerial method's innovation.Firstly, the innovation of the managerial concept. We must acquire the ideas of people oriented, education, managing and serving integrated, the scientific spirit, time spirit and arrangement united.Secondly, the innovation of the managerial system. The characteristic of Chinese undergraduate' managerial system is the combination of party and administration. The reform trend is the specialization of leading system, the many central links in the system and the direct managing of student affairs. With regard to the managing of undergraduates' daily behavior, we should unite the academic discipline construction and campus cultural activities with the daily managing of civilized behavior. With regard to the managerial system of psychological healthy education, we should analyze the undergraduates' psychological problems and the roots of them, and then take effective and scientific education methods. With regard to the managerial system of undergraduates' employment, we should strengthen the instruction to them, enhance their competition spirit and deepen the reform of it with the employment as the guidance. With regard to the managerial system of the financially aiding to the need students, we should analyze the need students' living conditions and find the key to the aiding work, enlarge the aiding scale with the helpof every walk of life. With regard to the managerial system of undergraduates' apartment, we should based our work on serve the students and strengthen the construction of dormitory culture.Thirdly, the innovation of managerial method. In the respect of ideology education, we should put emphasize on the innovation of ideas, contents, mechanisms and carrier, change the traditional simplistic ideology education to the combination of ideology education and compulsory means manage. In the respect of inspiring method of managing we should adhere to the principle of systematic nature and different nature. In the respect of the network using instruction, we should fully realize the two-sided effect of network, take the advantage of it to foster the undergraduates' managing. In the respect of undergraduates' self-education ways, we should instruct them to clear and definite the direction, help them to make plan.The innovation of undergraduate managerial work is a kind of systems engineering, which we should combine with the university's real conditions. We should thoroughly consider the whole process of education, keep pace with the times, keep abreast of the economic development accord with the "three represents'" and the common goal of build a well-off society in an all-round way.
