Practicing research teaching and learning in physics experiment teaching in senior high school is a practicing activity which the students obtain knowledge initiatively to develop their competence in a similar process, way and form as scientific research under the teacher's guide. Its aim is to cultivate the students' creating and practicing ability, therefore the obtaining of knowledge and competence does not depend on the compulsory input and educate of the teacher, but on the initiative research, thinking and self-experiencing of the students themselves under the teacher's guidance. Research teaching and learning is characteristic as it's open, students-centered, synthetic and practical. It's a challenge of the teaching concepts and methods for the teachers. Research teaching and learning brings up a higher request for the teacher: Set up the principle of regarding the students as the center, inspire the learning desire of the students, guide the students to research initiatively. The teacher 's role changed from a traditional initiator, dominator into a guide, cooperator, and promoter with a good knowledge and perfect knowledge construction. The students are the main participants in the research learning process, and students learning is a synthesizing experiencing process of knowledge construction and socializing.This thesis analyses the problems existing in the teaching and learning process in physics experiment teaching in senior high school nowadays. It brings out the importance to put the research teaching and learning into practice in the experiment teaching of physics in senior high school. It elaborates the connotation, teaching value, developable value and theoretical bases of the research teaching theoretically. Practically, it compares the characteristics and aims of Physics experiments teaching in senior high schools both home and abroad, and emphasizes that theresearch teaching and learning method should be used to cultivate the students' ability to bring out, analysis and solve problem, and their ability to collect and handle information, creating and researching ability. It analyses the problems existing in the physics experiment research teaching in senior high school and the requirements of the development and change of the teaching materials from both the teacher's and the students aspects, brings out the principles and design thought of the research teaching in senior high school Physics experiment teaching, and thus conceptualizes the physics experiment research teaching and learning model. It also gives a detailed analysis on how to make use of the researching show, the students' experiment, task researching to cultivate the students' comprehensive ability, how to make use of the extracurricular activity such as technological creating to set up the students' technology consciousness. And according to the weak points of the Physics experiment teaching of our country currently, it gives some thoughts on experiment teaching in many aspects.
