The development of teachers depends on class teaching by teachers.At present,there are many ways on promoting the development of teachers,but some commom questions are among them,which one is that the development of teachers tends to be the professional knowledgement and skills of teachers;the second is that the number and range of joining teachers training is restricted and multiple motivation;the third is not effectively taking root in class.The real reason for this is that “people” and“doings” is separate.Thus,the instruction evaluation with reflecting and researching for “human accomplishment through achievement of things” aims at realizing human development by changing the way for a teacher to exist at school through change to the way of his or her daily activities at school,which enables him or her to become a man with proactive and healthy development and voluntary creation and a man of life consciousness.Based on such research purposes and ideas,this thesis aims at helping teachers learn to teach in the practice of reforms and ultimately realize their human development through researches on the instruction evaluation with reflecting and researching.Firstly,it elaborates on the development of teachers in the sense of combination of “human” and “things”.The development of teachers as the “whole shape of man” in the society requires not merely professional development but voluntary renovation in the practice of reforms.Such development of teachers through instruction evaluation with reflecting and researching aims at promoting teachers to become people of reforms during achieving the practice of reforms,where teachers will experience five periods of development.Secondly,it elaborates on how to conduct such instruction evaluation with reflecting and researching.Different from the traditional listening and evaluation of class teaching,this new type of “listening—speaking—evaluation” of class teaching is grounded in the routine class teachings and based on the whole process of teaching,which requires for the progress of teaching reforms during classroom teaching,including pre-class teaching design,the implementation of class teaching and after-class reconsideration and rebuilding.Finally,it elaborates on the necessity and feasibility for conducting routine instruction evaluation with reflecting and researching.Routine instruction evaluationwith reflecting and researching requires that teachers shall go through a real“thoroughly remoulding” process before presenting a lesson with a new ecology.Otherwise,a “fake” lesson will follow with a change in form but not in content.A corresponding teaching strategy is also required,including "one teaching plan for several lessons”,“the same lesson given by different teachers”,“forward and backward extension”,“two sessions of teaching and practicing”,and “lower center of gravity”,which is the foundation of the way for teachers to conduct routine instruction evaluation with reflecting and researching.
