| At present, more and more people suffered from psychological aberration because of increasing fiercely social competition in our country. Among these people, middle-school students hold most part of it, especially high-school students. Every middle-school student is in the face of very strong psychological pressure, from society, family, teacher, classmate and their own, in examination (Exam) entering college, therefore multifarious mental disease are emerged among students who are suffering examination anxiety.The examination is very important for students while exam-anxiety not only influence student's study and exam result but also impact on their body and mind healthy. Therefore there are theoretical and practice significances for the study of exam anxiety, in the study and exam teachers should give help to middle school students, encourage their study enthusiasm and creation passion, improve their psychological diathesis, and promote intelligence and personality. To scientifically and effectively decrease exam anxiety of students, that teachers and psychological researchers develop a new feasible therapy approach is an important task.In this paper, it mainly summarized the general situation of exam anxiety research, concept, and formation. Also it analyzed exam anxiety representative behavior in exam anxiety and discussed the difference between the exam anxiety and general anxiety, symptom, process, and conditions generating exam anxiety. Aninquiring form to middle school students for the study of exam anxiety was created by author of this paper and many significant results were attained. According to the results of study from middle school where author is working, which demonstrated that symptom, behavioral expressions, and degree of exam anxiety were different with the kind of exam. Same time, we studied specially the course and mechanism of exam induced by the society or external and biological or internal and gave some suggestions, preventing approaches, and drug-treatment for keeping normal psychological emotion.The purpose of this paper is intent to offer a useful reference for preventing exam anxiety and reduce the negative impact on the exam results of students. |
