| NO is come from EC.,When the pro-NO that is produced by the action between L-Arg and O2" is enough, NO is catalyzed by NOS .the activity and expression of NOS in EC can affect on the composing of NO.The composing of NO is not only in EC,but also in VSMC. NO is very important to heart system, kidney system and so on.The theory about NO is produced in 1987.It is very hot in medical science and biology .These years,This theory is applied in exercise medical science.In this paper,it is focus on the effect of long-term middle-tensity swimming on NO,NOS,iNOS,cNOS and iNOS mRNA of mice.There are 16 mice in this experiment .They were separated from two groups on random, comparison group and exercise group.Mice belong to exercise group all need swimming for 8 weeks. Result: 1 After 8 weeks ,the content of NO is raised ,heart and kidneysystem of mice in exercise group.P<0.052.After 8 weeks, the activity of NOS is raised ,heart and kidney system of mice in exercise group.p<0.053. After 8 weeks, the activity of cNOS and iNOS are raised ,heart and kidney system of mice in exercise group.p<0.054. After 8 weeks, the expression of iNOS mRNA are raised ,heart and kidney system of mice in exercise group.p<0.05These can tell us that. long-term middle-tensity swimming can improve the content of NO,activity of cNOS and iNOS and the expression of iNOS mRNA in heart and kidney system of mice.Because improving of the content of NO in some range is very good for the heart system and kidney system At last we get a conclusion that long-term middle-tensity swimming is worth improving the founction of heart and kidney system. |
