Research On Trampoline Players' Achievement Motivation And Attribution

The study of trampoline technique has been improved since 1998, but the study of psychological is 'very poor, especially trampoline players' achievement motivation and attribution. In this paper , the author analyzes the relation among achievement motivation , attribution and trampoline players' competitive performance.By the methods of literture research, psychological measurements and investigation and mathematical statistics and survey , Firstly, this study anaslyzes trampoline players' characteristics of achievement motivation , and verifies the relation between their achievment motivation and athletics performance. Furthermore , this thesis deeply studies the relation between achievement motivation and attribution of trampoline player, probes into the scope of appropriate achievement motivation . After , the paper gropes the relation between trampoline players' attribution and competition performance .Some suggestions about psychological training and talent selection by psychology in trampoline in our country are pointed out , and refer to some practice for psychological of sports.The research present that Chinese trampoline players had the fundamental attribution styles as tending to internal, stable and controllable attribution when facing victory and internal, unstable and controllable attribution when facing defeat; The level of attribution exists significant different among different gender age and athletic rank , but there is low relation among attribution, education standard and fixed number of training years; Task orientation significantdifference between hight and low of trampoline players' attributionof internal-enternal aspect when facing defeat, and ego orient at ion is significant difference between hight and Jow of attribution of stable-unstable aspect; There is hight relation between gender and task orientation , but there is low relation among task orientation , athletic rank and education standard; The level of ego orientation has no different among different genderN education standard and athletic rank ; There is a direct relation between achivement motivation and competition performance , and attribution indirect effects competition performance by achivement motivation , also their relation among achivement motivation , attribution and competition performance are complicated , so achivement motivation was an important index of talent selection by psychology in trampoline event.
