Social development and international competition induce talent competition, which is actually education competition. As the basic education plays a key role in the socialist modern construction, China started a new curriculum reform at the shift of centuries. The starting point for quality education and ideas of the new curriculum is the full development of human, which asks for consideration on the improvement of students' quality and cultivation of their personality. To carry out this notion, all teachers are required to improve and popularize their teaching art and to optimize fully their teaching quality. But as a matter of fact, teaching art of chemistry only appears in a few excellent teachers' classroom teaching and it usually is the "patent" of some excellent teachers. Most of teachers cannot get rid of the "mystery" of teaching art creation. The main reason is a lack of guidance of theories of teaching art creation and most theories of teaching art is only artistic expression theories that help little to the practice. So, there is need to research the teaching art of chemistry and it is valuable both in theory and in practice.Teaching art creation of chemistry is a well-designed and teacher-student interactive classroom teaching process of producing clear, singular and aesthetic teaching art that serve for a better accomplishment of present and long round teaching objectives, i.e. the teaching goals and students' full development. In this dissertation, I attempt to grope for the creation theories of teaching art of chemistry and this dissertation consist of four parts.In the first part, I analyzed mainly on the research status quo and developing trend of teaching art of chemistry as well as the characteristics and functions of chemistry teaching art in high school. The process of teacher andstudents' creation of chemistry teaching art is also a process of appreciation and fulfillment of value. It not only has the characteristics of chemistry teaching art, that is high efficiency, inquiry, green, but also the features of chemistry teaching art creation, i.e. double subjectivity, synchronicity of creation and expression and instant feedback effectiveness. Chemistry teaching art can achieve the teachers' self-value, educating creative ability of students and teaching-learning transaction.The second part inquired into the basis and conditions for chemistry teaching art creation. Modern high school chemistry teaching art creation has solid theories and subjects foundations. For example the education principle of the unity of science, morality and art requires the aesthetic of teaching art units morality on the sciences basis. The integration principle of systematic sciences requires teachers to optimize the general teaching system so as to achieve the best art effectiveness. Creation principles emphasize that every teacher can create teaching art in creative methods or skills and instruction tact. Psychology, pedagogy, chemistry science, aesthetics and art are all theoretical basis for creation of chemistry teaching art. Good conditions that are beneficial to creating art are stable circumstances of society, good school environment. Intense consciousness of teaching art creation and good profession literacy is very essential for teacher to create teaching art. While the opportunity is coming, teacher and students can create high level teaching art.Teaching art is the most dialectical and synthetic art. So the third part inquired emphatically into the dialectical relations in teaching art of chemistry and the technique for creating teaching art. To create teaching art of chemistry, it is not only required to know common dialectical relations such as integration and part, content and formats, feeling and intellect, but also to well deal with the dialectical relations in creating teaching art of chemistry.
