The Study On ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard In School Management

ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard is produced in the 1980s, which is admitted the international quality management system for most nations and areas in the world at present. In the ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard of 2000 version, it is regulated definitely that the standard authentication of the ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard is provided with capability of universal, which is applied in every walk of life, including education.The thesis takes Yenta Communication and Engineering School as a case to study, it is introduced the whole process on the introduction of the ISO9000 Quality Management Systems Standard and the pass of authentication, some existing problems and relevant experience are also analyzed , and the primary proposes on the application of the ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard are put forward for school.The first, the thesis introduces generally the background and status that school introduces the introduction on the ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard, and it analyses the theory and development on it, on the base of these, the author puts forward the thought and structure of the dissertation.The second, in the thesis, the brief introduction on the ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard is based on analyzing three factors: the signification and essence of ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard, basic requirements of application on the ISO9000 Quality Management Systems Standard and some factors on promoting school to apply the ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard.The third, with the center of analyze of school's educational quality management, which is based on the ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard, the dissertation expatiates from four aspects: the characteristics of school organization, school's educational quality and its characteristics, the essential meaning of the ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard in school management and the signification of ISO9000 Quality Management System Standard which is introduced in school.
