The curricular reform in basic education required teachers to change their education meanings and behaviors. A survey of 413 teachers involved in the reform revealed that teachers had experienced rather strong stress during the New Curricular Reform. Factor analyses showed that teachers' stress in New Curricular Reform was result from the following four dimensions: the supportive environment of New Curricular Reform, teachers' personal ability to respond New Curricular Reform, the requirement of New Curricular Reform to teachers and teachers' concerns in New Curricular Reform. The results suggested that sex record of formal education and involving time of New Curricular Reform had no significant influence on teachers' stress. But teaching age, teaching subject, role in class and school type had significant influence on teachers' stress.
