The ability of a student's oral communication is a main to Chinese synthecize character, is one of the important contents of Chinese course, and is also important path for the student to practise Chinese. Along with the science and culture of advance, the social information degree of exaltation, the function of oral communication will highlight out. The available activity of oral communication inside classroom or outside rises importance significence on expanding the student's Chinese learning fields, enhancing the student't Chinese learning practice, exaltating the student's common speech level.On the basis of checking, collecting and analyzing the large literature data, combinating the actual situation of junior high school students' ability of oral communication in Linxia hui nationality regoin, this paper choses four different types schools, investigates hearing, the ability of the talk, oral communication habit and the mental state, the training of oral communication for junior high school students, interviews part of students, teachers and leaders in schools. Combinating questionnaire, interview, absorbing some new principles, the thesis states truly present situation of junior students' oral communication ability in this region, on the basis of this, finds out reasonable suggestions to carry outThe results of the survey show that the ability of oral communication of junior high school students is low. Its main reason is that teachers educational background and oral communication expresses ability are low, the teachers didn't melt oral communication training into daily teaching, the teachers neglected the evaluation of students' oral communication ability, there are mental state obstacle and limitition of all kinds of social factors in the procedure of oral communication for students. Therefore, in the process of discussing carrying out counterplan of junior high school students' oral communication ability, the thesis put great emphasis on the aspect of teachers character, instruction in the classroom, training outside classroom, evaluation methods, social circumstance overcoming students' mental state obstacle in the procedure of oral communication to make oral communication and many factors in Chinese course optimize and run-through, from but attain the purpose of improving junior high school students' oral communication ability in this region.
