The strategy using science and education to make our country prosperous was carried on as centuries hand over, and we started the eighth National Basic Curriculum Reform . The NBCR put forward six targets about the curriculum, among them the sixth item mark is: Change thecontrolled management of the curriculum, practice three levels curriculum management-the nationalcurriculum, the local curriculum and school-based curriculum, strengthen the adaptability of curriculum to locals, schools and students. It establishes the participating position of taking part in the management to basic curriculum for locals and schools, and makes the school-based curriculum have its own space of exsiting and developing. Why do schools have to develop School-based Curriculum? How to develop it and what result it will be? According to this, the study had the actionresearch for School-based Curriculum in Shangxiyuan Primary School with the way-plan, practice,re-plan and re-practice. During the study process, we have an investigation on the teachers, students and their parents in Shangxiyuan Primary School. Thinking about the school reality, and with the investigated result, we set up a project of school-based curriculum that fits well with the school, and to carry it on. Also put forward the homologous countermeasure to the problems that appeared during the study process.Main problems appeared during the study process:1. What's the appropriate type and numbers of the School-based Curriculum?2. How to carry out the integration between School-based Curriculum and National Curriculum, School-based Curriculum and Local Curriculum?3. How to make an impartial and rational assessment of School-based Curriculum? Solution Countermeasure:1. School-based Curriculum Development cares more about the developing process and help to promote the school, not on the type and numbers only. The contents of School-based Curriculum are set up according to the necessary of the students and the developing ability of the teachers in the school. So it suggested that a comprehensive consideration should be taken as thinking about School-based Curriculum. Having the requirements of the pupils and the patriarch as the important consults, the teachers' ability of developing the curriculum (including the perception consciousness and latent potentialities of the curriculum resource) as the important developing basis, the school leaders' supportrepresented by the headmaster as the important policy guarantees, mobilizing the synthesize power ofthe teachers and students, parents and community members for the motive assures. With these circumstances, the school-based curriculum that developed may have quality of adaptability, accordance, and reflect more true demands of the students to the curriculum.2. Teachers should pay more attention to contacting the National and Local Curriculum with the students' realistic life, and try their best to combine them closely, till blend them so that make the students assimilate the imaginary knowledge with their own experience, and widen their...
