The Investigation And Research On Large State-owned Enterprises In Lanzhou City

Under the influence of the wave of the changes in enterprises system, the "socialization" of the middle school attached to the SOES (short for Large State Owned Enterprises) turns up correspondently. It is the necessary process that such a kind of schools have to face. However, all the enterprises are wondering how to go further along this way. So, all of them are in the period of researching and probing.By using the ways of literature and data, theoretical analysis and interviews, this thesis tries to present the principle, experience, difficulties, advantages and disadvantages on the basis of the research and investigation on the current situation of the SOES in order to give some advice and suggestions to the enterprises that are in the period of "socialization". Thus, they can do this more easily. Furthermore, the loss of the country's education resources can be avoided. And this kind of schools can make greater contributions to our country.This thesis includes seven parts. It analyzes the current situation of the middle schools attached to the large SOES in the city of Lanzhou from the aspects of conception, background, aim, type and significance. At last, it points out the difficulties and puzzles in the period of "socialization", also on the basis of research, it offers some advice and suggestions.
