The thesis initially studies both mathematics critical thinking and its teaching. First of all, the article points out the significance of studying it, puts forward the author's own opinion of the structure and the features of mathematics critical thinking, and analyses its effect to mathematics study. Secondly, according to argue the relation between mathematics critical thinking and mathematics thinking, the relation between mathematics critical thinking and creative thinking and the relation between mathematics critical thinking and reflecting thinking by using philosophical and psychological theories for reference, we can explicit the status of mathematics critical thinking in the domain of mathematics thinking. Then, the article studies the main factors that have an effect on mathematics critical thinking on theoretical level. Finally, the article posed a few effective measures and methods to strengthen mathematics critical thinking. Particularly speaking, the article expounds chiefly the following opinions:1. The study of mathematics critical thinking is of great significance to understand the complete structure of the features of the mathematics thinking. In addition, critical thinking is the premise of creative thinking, so the study of critical thinking provides a new angle of view to the study of creative thinking. Besides, critical thinking urges students to check and look for the errors in the thinking process, reflects and adjusts it. So it promotes us to pose and solve problems.2. Mathematics critical thinking is not a kind of special thinking form. It is a constitution of all sorts of abilities in which self-regulated ability is the most important on the basis of much mathematics knowledge. According to the up-to-minute development of the theory of critical thinking, we think that the structure of mathematics critical thinking includes knowledge, abilities and critical tendency. The three aspects have an effect on mathematics learning together and urge students to pose and solve problems.3. Mathematics critical thinking emphasizes reflection and criticism. It is a kind of high-grade mathematics thinking and urges it to develop. Besides, mathematics critical thinking is a concrete expression of the critical feather of thinking. It is closely related with other feathers.4. Critical thinking is the premise and foundation for creative thinking . Creative thinking is the goal of critical thinking. At the same time, critical thinking is a sort of special reflecting thinking. It emphasizes suspicion, evaluation and posing problems during the process of reflection.5 . With the increase of age, the enrichment of experience on mathematics knowledge and thinking model of the students are key factors that affect the main body's critical thinking. Meta-cognitive system controls and regulates the process of thinking. Besides, the factors on teachers and surrounding are also important to mathematics critical thinking.6. To train and improve students' mathematics critical thinking, we must make clear of the goal and main methods. The goal of teaching of mathematics critical thinking is to cultivate students' critical consciousness and spirit, establish the knowledge of critical thinking and cultivate the ability of mathematics critical thinking. As for the main v/ays of teaching mathematics critical thinking, we can adopt a special training ways or develop it in the normal mathematics class.7. In the mathematics class, we can strengthen students' critical consciousness by intensifying main body's consciousness, open mind and problem-posed consciousness. We also can cultivate students' critical thinking ability by strengthening students' discriminative ability, refuting ability and meta-cognitive ability. Besides, we should narrate and comment the special examples of mathematics and science history and should apply opposite examples properly to explain problems.8.
