Assessment on performance of teachers is a means management commonly adopted in secondary vocational schools, which has being playing the part of the certain force in mobilizing enthusiasm and initiation of teachers. But quite a few problems have been exposed during the course of practice, which affect its result. So further research on assessment on performance of teachers, either in theory or in practice, is valuable.This paper vests with explicit definition of assessment on performance of teachers, then based on the investigation of the present situation of the assessment, the problems to be solved in the assessment, such as the orientation is not accurate enough, the means is not much too scientific and so on, have been analyzed. This paper puts forward theoretical basis of Human Being as Essential of assessment, and enriches the method of motivation. Then the position of Formative Assessment and Progressive Assessment is established. From practical angel, this paper designs the system of assessment on performance of teachers in secondary vocational school, and builds the index system of the assessment which has extended value, then combining experimental of a school, introduces quantity-dealt way of assessment—principal component analysis. Finally it emphasizes the significance and means of meta-assessment on performance of teachers, and develops data analysis model of assessment—Autoregressive Incorporate Moving Average (ARIMA). Using this model, this paper analyzes three assessments in two different schools and draws a research conclusion of alteration and division of score of teachers.
