The Research On The Situation And Countermeasures For Improving Physical Education Quality In Junior Middle Schools

This papers carry out research as the research content to study sports education quality in junior middle school, as the research object to survey junior high school education and sports management situation in the developed areas——Tianhe district in Guangzhou as, which aims to explore the social development at present education and management of the junior middle school sports characteristics, deficiencies and development strategies, for the economic developed area in the junior high school physical education management in order to explore an effective realization of quality education goals of education management paradigm, so as to give full play to the functions of the administrative management department, to promote junior high school physical education goals better.In view of the above analysis, we survey some manager,teachers and students in47th school, Tianshou middle school, and Junjing middle school in Tianhe district,and using literature research and interviews with experts, field investigation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic analysis, according to the statistic and analysis results, we found that junior middle school sports education management is still a boost space:1. The junior middle school sports education management agencies are still to be perfect, the management and professional ownership is to ascend.2. The sports concept and sports management’s administration idea is still not fully fit the inner rules of sports practice.3. Sports education present situation and the education concept also have the disparity. The humanities, entertaining and basic of sports education are not. prominent4. The investment is yet to be improved.5. Sports curriculum resources don’t develop, and the present resources involve social resources aren’t be made full use, people can’t share social sports resources and human resources, and teaching and management are too close.6. From teaching management perspective, the teaching goals can’t be reached because the teaching and training can’t fit anyone, anywhere and anytime.7. Evaluation system is yet not scientific and perfect.According to the problems, this paper puts forward the following aspects of thinking from the angle of management:First, the administration of sports is the guarantee of sports education quality ascension in junior high school. Sports administrative management provide the idea guarantee, system security, financial guarantee, and professional security.Second, sports education management guide sports education increased quality of junior high school.
