| The reformation on P.E. education in 21st century would bring new transformations of the role of P.E instructors, and set forth new integrated competence on games masters. To establish a set of reasonable evaluation system on comprehensive ability of P.E teachers is to meet the demands of keeping the pace with the time and to adapt to the educational innovation. Study on how to build a set of effective will let P.E teachers know their status of ability well and hasten them to improve comprehensive ability purposefully, while on the other hand, can provide exact information to the ruler and offer facts to the teachers for their reeducation, promotion, and excellence appraising as well.Some domestic scholars had undergone kinds of relational investigation, but they didn't combine the multi-knowledge into their study, so fail to set down the right evaluation system which should synthesize the qualitative and quantitative method commendably.Consequently, based on the surveying from 25 domestic experts who have studied of PE education for many years and 231 P.E teachers who came from 17 middle schools and 19 universities, via referencing, visiting and questionnare methods, this thesis has investigated and analyzed the developmental trend of PE education in new century, the tendency of role conversion of P.E teachers and the relationship between the evaluation and transition of the structure of comprehensive ability etc., further investigation on the main problems of evaluation system has also been taken by use the knowledge of teacher ability, educational evaluation, fuzzy math, which would enrich information and countermeasure to evaluation system on comprehensive ability of P.E teachers in 21st century. |
