Wrestling, Boxing and Taekwondo are all intensely competitive sports alike. And winter training is a very important phase to improve the athletes' ability skill and strategy, so that the body function evaluation in these fighting sports in winter is crucial. In this paper, follow-up observation and a comprehensive evaluation were conducted of the body function and training in Hebei wrestling, boxing and taekwondo 46 athletes from Dec, 2003 to Jan, 2004. During the first cycle of winter training, we had the athletes biochemical indexes tested on the later Monday as the former week data. At the same time, we memorize the training and other information.The biochemical indexes include serum Creatine Kinase, Superoxide Dismutase, Maleic Diadehyde, Hemoglobin, Testosterone, Cortisol and Urea. After the test, the data is calculated by SPSS. The purpose is to evaluate the training comprehensively, provide reasonable advice to coaches and try to look for the fundamental theory for fighting sports.The data indicate that: Training induces fatigue in Boxing and Taekwondo team, and after rest body function can recover. This shows that the training program is reasonable. In Free Wrestling team, the training quantity and tension lack variety and are not adequate to stimulate athletes' fatigue. We advise to increase training load. The first two weeks training program are reasonable in women Wrestling team. But after rest in the third week, body function is not good. We advise to decrease the training quantity which would be beneficial to body recovery.The conclusions in fighting sports of this article include:A. CK will increase as the training tension increase. Moreover if fatigue exists, CK will increase higher after continuous training. Otherwise, CK will increase significantly after centrifugal movement and will not recover in one or two days.B. SOD will decrease as the training load increase and recover after rest. Furthermore, SOD connected with CK will estimate the level of Oxygen free radical. Then the true reasons of CK increase will be found.C. Urea will increase as the training quantity increase, moreover if fatigue exists, Urea will increase higher after continuous training. And Urea will increase during fat losing period before match.
