Noninteliigence theory regards noninteliigence as the indispensable part in the school education aims. The purpose of introducing noninteliigence theory in school education is to give the students sufficient respect of their active thought and bring into play their active thought. Bringing into play students' noninteliigence is one of the important factors of their unitary quality, and it is also one of the important tasks or contents of quality-education. Noninteliigence theory has been studied for more than 20 years in our country, and noninteliigence theory has had a great influential in the way of renovating people's education notions. But the study of noninteliigence theory is still retaining in an opening-aggregating concept whose subsets' study haven't finished. So in the way from theory to practice, it still needs exploring and experimenting.The thesis has investigated and studied the present situations of noninteliigence in junior middle school Chinese education in Chenxian county, Gansu province; Especially, the thesis has discussed the present students' conditions of the noninteliigence, the village junior Chinese teachers' understanding and attentions paid to the students' noninteliigence in their course of teaching Chinese ;The Thesis also studied the conditions of cultivating students' noninteliigence and the evaluation systems given to both teachers and students from the present education systems; Finally, the thesis probed into the attentions of the tendency of the students' development given to the students by village family; The thesis trying to changing the embarrassed situations of the developing students' noninteliigence given by the present education system and the old education notions and developing the students' intelligence and abilities through cultivating students' noninteliigence. The thesis also trying to give students more solicitude through colorful social connotations of Chinese and inspiring and cultivating students' noninteliigence in the way of exerting the advantages of the local cultural resource so as to make the students fully developed.
