The subject of this thesis is how to convert the teacher's role in new course reform. The research aim is to seek for Chinese Language teacher's role that plays an important part in active study of students and smooth process of teaching. Meanwhile, We can make Chinese teaching not only inherit the national culture but also adapt at the student's health with body and mind, encourage student to study actively, to learn pleasantly, to grow up healthily. The teachers also feel happy because of study of the students, feel from here the magic power of teachers' profession and voluntarily devote to it.The thesis is made up of seven parts. The first part is introduction of question, the theoretical and practical significance of the research, the method and the ideology that research based on. The second part is the body of the thesis; introduce the role of the teachers and with current domestic and international view. The author believes that we only discuss and analyses the role of the teachers in general range for teacher's occupation. We don't present the specialty unless we analyze profoundly the teacher's role in the new course reform according to character of Chinese Subject itself and improvement of teachers. In my opinion, in the new course reform, the roles of the- Chinese teachers are: 1. Imparter for the Chinese knowledge. 2. Promoter for study of students. 3. Developer for study motivation. 4. Constructor for class resources .5. Conductor for class teaching. 6. Organizer for teaching class. 7. Equal communicator with students. 8. Designer and carrier for teaching activity. 9. Valuator with fairness and justice. 10. Guider for psychological health. 11. Researcher for educational and teaching theory as well as practice. In fact, this kind of conversion is not carried out for a short period. It needs a procedure, it also needs every teacher to practice and probe by themselves rather than only change the name or discuss the theory. Furthermore, when the teachers of Chinese carry out the conversion of the roles, they must be disturbed and affected. These factors are following: 1-. The degree of recognition for this conversion. 2. The study habit, the level of recognition, attitude and emotion of students. 3. The expectation of the parents of students to teacher's role. 4. Social support and reliance to the teachers of Chinese. If we treat and deal with these affects with correct attitude and change affects into favorable conditions, and acquire macrocosmic and microcosmic support from society, Schools and families, wewill certainly carry out this conversion. Additionally, we will practice the conversion we must use the correct methods and ways: 1. Have strong consciousness with which we can probe the regulation of the Chinese teaching. 2. Consider the continuous study as the main method for carrying out this convention. 3. Communicate with students at any time and reflect information of teaching. 4. Learn the requirement of parents of students and build reliable relationship with them. 5. Organize the teamwork with other teachers, employ the team's strength and promote every one as quickly as possible. 6. Adjust the attitude constantly and become a teacher of Chinese with psychological health. As a result, when we carry out the role of conversion in the new course reform, it can embody the specialty of Chinese subject, it can present the elegant appearance, it can improve the students' language competence, and make Chinese teaching develop smoothly and healthily. The new course reform is not only an opportunity but also a challenge. Believe the teachers of Chinese can hold the opportunity and greet the challenge and can practice the conversion actively and voluntarily. It makes Chinese teaching activity and the magic power, and becomes doubly fascinating.
