In the new period,with the pattern of economic development in our country enters the new normal,economic growth rate from high to low and stable growth,economic development will rely more on human capital quality and technological progress,innovation becomes the new engine driven economic development.Labor factor is an important factor of economic development,how to maximum full play the role of labor factor in economic development,it is need to rely on education reform is still under the background of new curriculum reform,teacher is the executor of the new curriculum,teachers and the new curriculum reform are closely linked.High school students in such aspects as closely linked.High school students in such aspects as psychology,intelligence,physical fitness has the development potential,its thought activity has many characteristics,such as variability,plasticity,high school ideological and political teachers adopt the method of interview,preliminary from the correct values,to help high school students correct political direction,ideological quality basis for the lifelong development of students.High school ideological and political teachers shoulder the Marxist basic viewpoint direction of education,values education,political education,ideological education,such as responsibility,what role dose it play in the new curriculum reform,realizing how to change,it become especially important.Based on the theoretical basis and practical basis as the starting point of high school ideological and political teacher role transformation,from the teachers’ professional development,teachers and teaching,teachers and students in the three aspects respectively expounds the requirements of high school ideological and political teachers’ role conversion.Through the questionnaire investigation about the present situation of high school ideological and political teachers’ role conversion,found that high school ideological and political teachers role change is slow,the problem such as role conflict,role lost.Finally,mainly from the teachers’ self-development,the school provide a development platform,create a harmonious society environment three aspects to provide countermeasure and suggestions for high school ideological and political teacher’ role conversion.
