Teacher plays a very significant role in education informationization. For according with this demand teacher has to comply with the new educational idea. Renewing teaching idea and achieving the teacher role transformation is imperative—teacher is the learner,reconsider and researcher of information quality ; significant promoter,designer and coadjutant of meaning construction study ; innovator of student study appraisal and management and the new teacher and student relations.After investigation discoverying following question: In the process of the factual teacher role transforms it shows the theory conception loses contract with reality; the approval of the teacher role transformation on teachers and students is somewhat low; teacher's traditional teaching idea is ingrained, the teacher role transformation has the different hindrance.In order to implement the development of the teacher role transforms, this research proposes the corresponding countermeasure analysis from four aspects: Guiding the teachers to set up the correct student observes and the information technology view; Constructing the education informationization construction system conforming to school sentiment ;Safeguarding the teacher role right by the prominent teacher's role status; Positively advancing the development of the research informationization teacher trains.
