People's ideological standards and political awareness can influence the orbit of a person's development imperceptibly all the time. In the course system of secondary vocational school, the ideological and political lesson has very important function for the forming of student's ideological standards and political awarenessAt present there are some questions that can't be ignored in the teaching ideological and political lesson of secondary vocational school in our country, including: The demand for ideological and political education lacks the level, breaks away from students' inherent demand and social work and becomes a kind of the standard of mechanical dogma; the education content of the ideology and politics lesson pays attention to the political theory knowledge of the thought, is inclined to the thinking with doctrine of knowledge center, the educational course of the ideological and political lesson ignores the forming student's intact personality, the teaching method of the ideology and politics lesson gets used to rigid inculcates and force to submitting , lacks the effective dredging education and the guiding self-education ,the apparition of the teaching of the ideological and political lesson is unreasonable ,etc Author thinks that the teacher's teaching art of the ideological and political lesson is the key to improve the teaching quality of the ideological and political lesson, to accomplish the task of teaching effectively, and to make the good teaching result.This research analyses and explains the intension, characteristic and function of teaching art in ideological and political lesson, on the basis of arranging the current study on the domestic and international education reform on ideological and political lesson. This research thinks that the teaching art of ideological and political lesson is that the teacher follows the educational teaching law, uses various kinds of teaching method, technical ability, creative teaching skill to practice the active teaching in a flexible way in order to encourage students to be happy and learns and makes the best result of imparting knowledge and educating people. It has many characteristics Suchas science, creativity, emotion, flexibility, aesthetic, and many functions such as the cognition, development, moral, aesthetic education, etc. The teaching of the ideological and political lesson in secondary vocational school should regard the building andconstructing theory, the studying theory and the teaching theory as the theoretical foundation, must insist on seeking truth from facts in the teaching course such basic principles as principle, practicality principle, making joyful principle, innovative principle, etc. Combining my own teaching practice, this research proposes the basic measures of practice of teaching art in the ideological and political lesson of secondary vocational school, for example, pay attention to train students' morals action ability and ethical personality, pay attention to train students' ability, establish the new-type cooperation between teachers and students, pay attention to interdynamic between Teachers and students to improve the substantial results of ideological and political lesson, attract students with " beautiful ",influence students through the teacher's personality glamour imperceptibly.
