The quality education is the banner and guidance of 21st century's education and teaching reform. While the essence of quality education is to make all students become qualified citizens who have basic scientific and cultural qualities. The ideological and political lesson of senior high school is changed greatly in the new round of curriculum reform, so it is how to teach it well under the new criterion of curriculum that concerns us. However, it is not enough to focus our attention only on it, since ideological and moral course of secondary school is an integral part of it, there is an indivisible relation between them. Therefore, how to join these two stages and realizing the integration of all stages is an urgent problem needed to be solved in education field.Based on the theory of Psychology,Pedagogy and Systematology, this paper illustrates the importance of good transition between ideological and moral course of secondary school and ideological and political lesson of senior high school. At the same time, the reasons that cause the problems of transition between them are also analyzed in detail by using questionnaire, interview and so on. Finally, the effective measures and solutions to the questions are provided.
