Chemistry is regarded as an experimental subject. How a Chemistry teacher completes his experiments has great effects upon the teaching result. Up to now the Chemistry circle hasn't been sufficient to give rise to teachers' experimental ability. Majority research is focusing on transformation of teaching mold and students' qualities, while neglecting teachers as activity leading roles. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to probe into Chemistry teachers' experimental ability in secondary schools with new curriculum, such as some problems, improvement into the train of thought channel, etc.The paper also emphasis on teachers how to improve the structures of the experiments with the new curriculum by experimentation, investigation and undertake the analysis and thoughts of increasing quality education and so on. A second important thing of the paper is to require teachers to be the learners as their students as well as their guide and experiment editor. Thus the very focus is teachers' background knowledge, relations between knowledge points and teaching ability. Among them the most important one is teachers' ability, for it will make great effect on the teaching result. In fact, each chemical reaction is related to different subjects and information during chemical experiments. New Chemistry Course reform gets the teacher to seek how to combine different information together and how to digest them. So the teachers enable to explain everything clearly to their students. Let's do our best to make contribution to the experimental teaching by our creativity and teaching practice.
