A Study Of Evaluation System Of Comprehensive Quality Of College Students In China

Evaluation of comprehensive quality of college students is of great importance to the college students'full development and reform in education and acquirement of talents by employers. Therefore, this paper studies the establishment of a systematic and scientific evaluation system of comprehensive quality of college students, which we give qualitative and quantitative analyses from many subjects and is modern and fit for employment in the market economyThis paper sets up a index system of evaluation of comprehensive quality of college students creatively on the basis of the principle which the evaluation index system and the evaluation standard system are established according to.And the system contains five aspects: the quality of thinking and moral character, the cultural quality, the quality of ability, the physical and psychological quality. And every aspect contains two subsidiary factors. This paper makes the evaluation standard of the lowest index and made four levels as A,B,C and D.In order to mirror the degree of importance of every index correctly, this paper uses Gradation Analysis to determine the proportion of the index system of evaluation of comprehensive quality of college students, because Gradation Analysis can sharply reduce the indefinite factor. This paper designes better way to carry out the evaluation of every quality ,draws up some questionnaires and gives a detailed direction about the way and questionnaires. Owing to the fuzzy character and the indefinite character of the students' quality, we cannot test the students' quality precisely, but we can solve the problem by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation , thus the model of fuzzy evaluation of comprehensive quality of the college students is established.At last, that this paper analyzes split-haif reliability of comprehensive quality of college students indicates that the system established by this paper is better...
