The modern information technology is producing deep influence and urging them change on the traditional curriculum concept, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculum resources. The concept of traditional computer-based education can't be able to cover the profound influence on information technology to education, the integration of information technology and curriculum is pioneering a new research field and practice space. The advanced instruction concept, new instruction object corresponding to it, instruction method and evaluation measure. This thesis discusses the basic idea, essence and object about the integration of information technology and curriculum. According to the basic principles of integration of information technology and curriculum, the thesis explores several practical methods and a integration mode of information technology and curriculum under the circumstances of multimedia classroom, school network, internet and website development. Besides, it discusses the obstacles existing in the integration of information technology and curriculum, puts forward strategies corresponding to it, and analyses and reflects calmly on the present integration hotly.This thesis consists of seven chapters. The chapter one points out the necessity of the integration of information technology and curriculum aimed at the difficulty faced by present education innovation, and analyses the actuality of the research and practice on integration. The chapter two describes the concepts of information technology and integration, and discusses the essence of integration of information technology and curriculum. The chapter three puts forward the object of integration of information technology and curriculum-improving teachers' and students' information literacy, promoting the innovation of teacher's teaching method and student's learning way. How to integrate? The chapter four discusses four general methods of integration. When we apply information technology to teaching, someproblems appear in every curriculum, such as technology orientation, attaching importance to knowledge but ignoring abilities and so on. According to those problems, this chapter puts forward basic principles that must be followed in the practice of integration of information technology and curriculum. And this chapter is the emphasis of the thesis. The chapter six summarizes three modes based on arrangement in the practice of present integration of information technology and curriculum. Although the integration of information technology and curriculum is the hotspot of theory research, and is the light-spot of implementing education modernization and education informationization, there are still many problems and lots of obstacles on the integration of information technology and curriculum during the teachers working in the elementary and secondary schools. The chapter seven of this thesis analyses the cause of the phenomenon, brings forward corresponding countermeasure. This chapter is the focus of the thesis. And the two cases are the practices that the author and the other teachers working in the elementary and secondary schools combine the information technology to subject teaching.This thesis adopts the basic methods such as literature research, case research. And it discusses the integration of information technology and curriculum from the aspect of systemic scientific methodology, and tries to make the theory and practice of integration of information technology and curriculum "civilize", cultivate the consciousness of integration of information technology and curriculum during the teachers working in the elementary and secondary schools. This thesis tries to explore the origin of the integration of information technology and curriculum, and look for the entrance spot of reforming the traditional education and instruction mode by making use of integration of information technology and curriculum.
