Research On The Current Status And Countermeasures To The Floating People Under The Background Of High Speed Urbanization

This paper surveies and analysises the current living status of the floating people and the managment mode of local city government, by investigating in nanjing, suzhou and wuxi on the spot, and makes a system study on the floating people's influence to the city's socio-economics. Based on the analysis of the problems and puzzles of the floating people's diathesis and the management system, the writer advances that basing upon the current social system is necessary to solve the current puzzledoms brought by the floaing people, and suggests to take the last aim to the floating people's urbanization completely as the general idea. In the practical countermeasures, the write regards some means impelling the course of the floating people's urbanization such as strenthing education, protecting legal rights, arousing public participation etc. as the impetus, and some services, guidances and dominations offered by the local management institution as the attraction, and the synthesis management of the local public security department as the restriction power. In short, processing the social phenomenon of the floating people, using the means of investigation on the spot, taking the correlation sociology theories as preconditions, contrasting the study archievments in the world, the writer probes into some countermeasures to the floating people invadation, and hopes this paper can offer some reference to settle the correlative issues of the floating people in Chinese cities.
