As the important support to teaching, scientific research and life of teachers and students, the service ability and quality of university logistics have become one important factor that influenceit to enlarge the scale and improve the quality of teaching. Because of the influence of planned economy, the university logistics under traditional system formed the status that every university deals in logistics and every university logistics deals in society. The logistics staff lack economics concept and service consciousness. The logistics has been the bottleneck of university developing, without the exemption of Tsinghua university. Under the condition of economy, the system of university logistics must be reformed.In the thesis, the characteristics of socialization system reform mode suiting Tsinghua logistics have been studied based on a case study of Tsinghua University. There are three reference modes:(1)Shanghai universities mode,; (2)Wuhan University mode; (3)Xi'an Jiaotong University mode. These modes have merits, but also shortcomings.A feasible analysis of which mode will Tsinghua logistics system reform apply has been presented. By studying the environment ,a conclusion has been drawn: the above modes do not suit Tsinghua logistics to adopt, the Tsinghua reform only walks the own road based on the reference of other modes.Finally in the thesis, suggestions are made: walk the logistics socialization reform road with Tsinghua characteristics. The main content of suggestions includes: The entities that manage service asset should serve university well, abandoning business. The entities that manage business asset should deal in well to support logistics development.
