Along with the increasing deepening and developing of socialist market economy, so it is with the reform of socialization of logistics of China's universities , which has made outstanding achievment. Looking back the process of the reform of socialization of logistics of universities, the paper summarizes the basic achivement and facing problems of the reform, uses the characteristic of reform of abroad developped countries for reference, which could be learnt by the reform of socialization of logistics of universities. Finally , from China' s real situation, for the choke point of the reform of socialization of logistics of universities——lack of financing , the paper puts forward that the BOT mode of raising investment should be introduced into the practice of the reform of socialization of logistics of universities, which provides a new style of raising investment for the infrastructural for the logistics of China' s universities. And the paper also puts out the advantage of this mode and problems that remains paying attention to, which is to speed up the the reform of socialization of logistics of universities to make sure the the logistics of universities will break through the choke piont of universities' development.
