Influenced by the factors that high schools are expaning enrolment and difficult underemployment for low academic credentials and so on, the quality of source of students im the special secondary school drops to some extent comparatively, and the teachers are changing their expectation to the students. Most special secondary school students are borders ,they stay together from morning to night ,associate frequently,formingthe varied unofficial colonies.The above-mentioned is two important characteristics If class' interpersonal relationship of special secondary school. This text attempts to use the view which is interdynamic study theory of the educational social psychology to explain the important influence on the students' studying brought by the unofficial colony and teachers' expectation in this specific scene of the classroom of special secondary school. And how to strengthen the classroom-management for the teachers, build the great class environment of studying through bettering class'interpersonal relationship. Bring the teachers' expectation into play to promote the positive role If Chinese study with the unofficial colony,and dispel the adverse effect on study of the two.The educational social psychology is learnt to regard as a kind of social behavior, which happens to students under the influence of multiple factors of the individual and environment ,the classroom is the important place for learning aid of the students and teaching aid of the teachers.The interpersonal relationships in the class are the important components of the classroom instruction environment, this Kind of relationship produces so much influence on class -learning of students ,their main task of carrying on classroom of management is to build the good environment of class -learning as for teachers, (Classroom-management refers to the teachers' behavior and activity which encourage students'classroom-learning.) The Chinses teachers of special secondary school should build good Chinese classroom-learning environment with leading unofficial colony correctly and realize positive role of teachers 'expectation. In order to improve the teaching result and reach the goal of classroom-management .The unofficial colony is a kind of important form of companion's relation.To guide the unofficial colony correctly, the teachers must understand it charqcteristic and influence on students' study, meanwhile the teachers should grasp certain method to confirm kind and quantity of existing unofficial colony and so on .Then according to two kinds of different situations of unofficial colony's study, that is whether the students likes learning Chinese or not ,the teacher should use different methods to train and strengthen the unofficial colony that likes to study Chinese from small to large ,and achieve the goal of its promoting students to study Chinese actively.The teacher-student relationship is the main interpersonal relationship in the school teaching ,that the teacher's affect in the course of interacting between teachers and students is much essential is determined by the leading role in the classroom instruction.The teachers'expectation's function on students usually is realized by teachers'unconscious classroom behavior ,the teachers of the special secondary school generally demonstrate passive expectation to students ,which has influenced the teacher -student uelationship and hindered the improvement of students'achievement. So teachers should understand the effect of teachers' expectation and use some methods to realize the positive affect of teachers' expectation consciously .
