The overseas educational circles has made wide and deep reasearch on the phenomenon of the unofficial community of juvenile students. While in our country, we only emphasized on the individual student and officail community in the past, sometimes even simply regard unofficial community as undisciplined phenomenon or"cliquishness", " small faction principle". thus has neglected to the education and the guidance of unofficial community of juvenile students. It can't fit the development of education nowdays. In the junior middle school, unofficial community of juvenile students exists in the official community of class and school. It bases on the need of communacation of students, and it is an objective and normal phenomenon, we should take and study it. The author has observed and analysis it in the educational practice for a few yeaes, here I'11 discuss about unofficial community's origin, characteristic, type, function, and guidance, hope to offer a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas by the time.The existence of unofficial community of juvenile students can be found in school everyshere, it plays the indispensable role in young people's socialized advancement. This kind of small community usually forms spontaneously by the student, it isn't organized officially and it doesn't have clearly stipulates. It bases on the physiology, the psychology, the emotion, the interest, the disposition and so on, it has the positive and negative influence to the student individual development. Then how to make better control of it, and make it displays its forward education function and develop healthily to realize the educational goal. It is a important topic which each educator faces.When people appraise the function of unofficial community, usually they use censures more than praises, or even consider the unofficial community as resistance of development of class. Obviously this kind of appraisal is unfair. The unofficial community is various, as a superintendent of class, we should trate different kinds of unofficial communities in different way, and take the corresponding measure and method to deal with it.This article utilizes the educational psychology, the juvenile psychology, the organization behavior study as well as the management philosophy theory. The author used research techniques such as literature law, motion methodology, questionnaire survey procedure, made research on unofficial community of juvenile students. The part of the present situation of this research and the connotation, the characteristics of unofficial community, the author used the literature law to study; As for unofficial community's different origin and the development, mainly used the questionnaire survey, with the questionnaire which independently designed has made the related investigation in 400 people from four classes in Changchun 87 middle school. And chose several kinds with the typical significance unofficial community to carry on the case analysis, analyzed its development as well as the reason why it is different from other communities. Drawing the conclusion:The different unofficial community has it respectively different origin and the characteristic. As the superintendent of class, we should realize the inevitability and the function that the student unofficial community exists, appreciate it in the right way and control it effectively. We also should give the different management measures to different unofficial communities, to make it develop healthily, to have the same development targets with class, and to realize the educational goal.
