Two-year higher vocational education is an important part of the higher vocational education. With the three-year academic period cut down to two years, the problem of quality of talents-training in higher vocational education has protruded out conspicuously. To meet the need of the society, two-year higher vocational schools are responsible for cultivating numerous talents of high quality and high technical ability. This thesis, first, elaborates the background of this research and rationally defines some related conceptions. It probes out the proper quality viewpoints of higher vocational education based on the research on related higher vocational education and higher education quality assurance. This scientific quality viewpoint is the theoretical base on which the whole thesis runs through. In the second part, it analyzes the factors that affect the talents-training quality of two-year higher vocational education and introduces the successful experiences on the talents-training model of the higher vocational education in foreign countries. In the following part, it lays stress on the main contents of the talents-training quality assurance system of two-year higher vocational education and the establishment of the corresponding quality assurance operation system. And in the last part, it draws some conclusions on the main contents and characteristics. The main methods which have been used are literature analysis, talking with experts and comparision, etc.
