Vocational education in higher vocational colleges,as an important part of higher education in China,undertakes the important task of cultivating many high-tech and high-quality talents.The research on the development of vocational education quality in higher vocational colleges is very important to realize the modern development of vocational education and realize the strategy of manufacturing power,perfect the quality assurance system of vocational education,and promote the stable and healthy development of social economy.How to promote the quality of vocational education in higher vocational colleges has become an important task for scholars.The EFQM Excellence Model is the management model of the European Quality Award.It is committed to improving the quality efficiency of the organization and ultimately achieving sustainable excellence.Its non-standard framework is applicable to all organizations,which provides a new perspective and approach for the quality management and promotion of vocational education in higher vocational colleges.The non-standard management framework of the EFQM model applies to all organizations,so what is the rationality of its application to the quality management of vocational education in higher vocational colleges? What is the logical relationship between the internal elements of the EFQM model and the quality management elements of vocational education in higher vocational colleges? How to construct vocational education quality assurance system based on EFQM model?
