By analyzing the present condition and the existent problems about evaluating studentsin professional school in our country ,and according to the professional education purpose andthe aim of training talents,this article has expounded the guided thoughts,evaluation principleand the main factors which evaluation contents systems constitute,and it is exploring theevaluation methods and steps on how to establish it,and how to put the steps into practice inprofessional school. The evaluation system to the students is developing and reforming in professional schoolin our country.Although we have had some experiences in running professional schooleducation for many years.Professional education teaching mode and the examinationinstitution have not got away completely from the elementary education mode andexamination education.On the hand of evaluation to students,it tends to neglect the evaluationto students in grasping the skills besides increasing the grade checkup.related to the work thatthe students learn.The evaluation methods are old and behindhand.In a way ,it has kept on theelementary education methods At the present day,the professional education training aim demands us that we mustpay attention to the education of knowledge on one hand and mustn't neglect the education ofskill and quality.The education of knowledge is the basis of professional educationl.Theeducation of skill is the main point of professional education and the education of quality isthe premise of increasing theprofessional education.Knowledge,skll and quality must bedeveloped harmoniously.Don't do this and neglect another.New evaluation idea to students inprofessional school should regard it as the premise to promote the students to develop allsikely.Evaluation should regard science,guide,encouragement,wordableness andactualefficiency as a principle.Evalucation content system should regard knowledge,skill andquality as the kerned for establishment. This passage has discussed the methods on how to evaluate the students situation inmastering knowledge and skill,integrated quality and the steps to practice it .The developingevaluation,many-corous evaluation should be emphasized to practice during evaluatingstudents. Everyday examination and evaluation should be strongthencd,when we evaluate thesituation that the students master skill and proficiency.The methods of action sampleevaluation,work locale observation existing grade effect evaluation should be advocated touse.Accomplish professional qualification diploma institution,use the expressively to evaluatethe students'usual abilities and expound to associate observation withinterview,investigation,the record bags of growing,quantitative evaluation and qualitativeevaluation methods and so on,At last,the passage has advanced some points for attention inview of problems easily appeared in the work of evaluation to students in professional school.
