The shortage of high-quality educational resource and insufficient of educational supplyrestrict the development of all types of education in our country, high school education, as thelinking up of elementary education and higher education, the conflict between supply anddemand behaves more sharply. How to offer more high-quality high school education, how tomeet the need of educator enter a higher school or be employed, how to balance therelationship between educational equity and educational efficiency, nowadays, it has been thequestion that the education theory circle and educational practice circle pay attention to. As a new form that the people carry out education, the private schools run by the famoushigh school is solving the conflict of high-quality educational demand and the shortage ofeducational supply ability, it has produced some questions while increasing high-qualityeducational demand of high school. This paper try to analysis the private schools run by thefamous high school, then to find the rationality and deficiency of the policy so that can makethis kind of school management be standardization. This paper based on the logic order of "background——question——harm——specification", deeply analysis the policy of the private schools run by the famous high school.The whole thesis can be divided into three parts: introduction, body and summary. For thebody, there have four major parts as below: The first part, analysis the policy of "famous high school", "transformation school" anddevelopment of private education, announce the background that the private schools run bythe famous high school came on and the meaning of the policy. The second part, announce the major existing problem of the private schools run by thefamous high school, namely the character of the policy is unidentified, the relationshipbetween ownership and management of enterprises is unclear. The third part, analysis the harm of the policy, the implementation of the policy cause tothe unidentified of the policy and the rule, the function of school property right can't fullbring into play, which aggravate the unfair of education. The last part, put forward the policy recommendations of development high schooleducation, namely standardize this kind of school management of private schools; Define theresponsibility of government in high school education; Develop the private education in amore effective manner, promote the educational supply of high school; Improve the quality ofeducation of the state-run high school, expand high-quality educational resources.
